Welcome to WorldTAP's International Short Course on Food Safety. This event took place at Michigan State University on July 26-31, 2009. On this site you can experience what went on during the event through the videos and presentations. You can also meet the attendees who came from 17 different countries to participate in the short course.

The International Short Course on Food Safety was organized by the National Food Safety & Toxicology Center and the Office of International Programs and College of Agriculture and Natural Resources at Michigan State University.
