Welcome to the Food Safety Knowledge Network (FSKN), a project of Michigan State University. FSKN’s goal is to help strengthen the food industry’s response to the complex food safety knowledge and training challenges that affect emerging markets by providing access to free learning resources. Along with industry leadership from the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), the Technical Working Group which includes MSU experts has developed the Basic Requirements for Food Manufacture competencies.
The resources on this site are curated by experts in the field. They are aligned to a set of core competencies so that users can identify the specific area the resource covers while trusting the quality of the content.
